  • @AnitaCock This is not the proper forum for that, think before you post!

  • I hate the neverending traffic here.

  • We should at least give you gas money for these awesome videos!

  • @garydunncolumbusga Thanks for the thought :)

  • what this song

  • "Escape" by Journey

  • @Freewayjim So you live in ATL?

  • Yes, in the general Metro area.

  • @Freewayjim what's the speed limit, and does this have a freeway name

  • @Jean1juan 65 N orth of I-285 and 55 South of I-285. It's named the Turner MacDonald Freeway but everybody calls it GA-400.

  • Thank you freewayjim for posting these videos. they are greatly appreciated.

  • You are welcome!

  • am from st.lucia and we have small roads

  • When I first saw the skyline at the 1:40 mark earlier today, I thought it WAS Atlanta! Goes to show how booming the Southeast really is.

  • Player city

  • Wow, Atlanta is pretty big.

  • It looks like a term of a racing game with buildings built over the highway with tummels.

  • this guy makes some great productions

  • im from the caribbean and we have very small roads one way and when i 1st came to america i was so scared of going on those big roads(even tho i was jus the passenger not the driver) with all those cars. its fkn scary in the begining and it seems like your just going in circles

  • Great video man

  • Jim, at 2:54, it appears that there will be three sections for the new 14th Street bridge: one for southbound traffic, one for northbound traffic, and one for ?. Do you know if the HOV lanes will go under this? I was in Atlanta 3 weeks ago and noticed this when I was driving down the connector.

  • I have not read/heard for certain but I would say it is a safe assumption that HOV lanes would go under that section.

  • Do they take EZPass at that toll booth?

  • No, we have a thing called "Cruise Card" here.

  • I was going to ask that same question!

Maybe EZPass is only for the Northeastern States(Illinois on through the MidLantic region, and up to Maine).

  • I've seen EZPass in Oklahoma. I think they pretty much run the est coast for toll collection

  • There WERE some terrible drivers out over the holidays. Not the usual crowd on the roads.

  • At 1:53 did that road go under those building?

  • Yes it did, in the form of a short tunnel.

  • I love experiencing other states without leaving massachusetts you rock

  • Thank you from a NH native :)

  • Nice drive, man. You really didn't encounter that much traffic.

  • Thanks, I didn't expect alot of traffic for New Year's Day but I did notice quite a few out of state drivers on the road.

  • You're welcome. Yeah, probably leftovers from the Peach drop and in-Georgia family visitors.

  • And most of them were horrible drivers!

  • Yeah. That's always the case, ain't it? (lol)

  • What happened to you doing I-675, FreewayJim? Wats it like living in Atlanta

  • I have not done I-675 yet, It's not really worth doing but I'm sure I'll do it at some point.

Living in ATL ? it's OK, lots of great restaurants, lots of traffic.

  • Jim, you gotta do I-675. :)

Enjoyed the new video of GA 400 and I-75/85, dude.

    ROCK ON, FREEWAYJIM... ROCK ON!!!

  • 5* as always
