  • i'm going to tear my hair out if i hear one more moron refer to zucotti as a private park, full stop.it is a private park that ,owing to real-estate concessions provided to it's owners by the city, the public is guaranteed access to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.that's it.that's the law.that's the whole of the law.no take-backs.no erasies.

  • So according to the NY judge, it's OK that people are freezing and can die, becosue of the cold weather, but it's wong to go to a public park and protest there, becouse banks buy politicans

  • They won't stop me from pitching tents. I pitch a tent every time I watch Alyona

  • The name was not "asala" it was "asalemalekum" meaning Peace be unto you.

  • Nice tits Alyona.

  • @InebriHATED1 it pitches my tent lemme tell ya

  • @InebriHATED1 oh yes, they really accentuate her personality and intellect! ;)

  • Politicians should wear NASCAR racing outfits so you can see the patches of all the company's that sponsor them.

10 Replies spread this idea around

  • Cause there's in reality no free speech except for the Elite Rich & their followers.this is no longer the same U.S as in the past.

  • 2nd Month anniversary BEST day YET!

  • /watch?v=WiX7GTelTPM

  • "Even protected speech is not equally permissible in all places and at all times." Yes, neo-nazi groups were not permitted to march in Skokie, IL, but Zugoti (sp?) Park is a privately own park that was mandated by NYC to be used by the public as a compromise with the company that owns the property. IF it's public than the justice needs to engage any brain cells he might have before he speaks.

  • I think if those who have been beaten by the police for exercising their first amendment rights were also exercising their second amendment rights the police would be a lot less likely to illicit a violent response from them. Did you see cops messing with the guys with assault rifles at the tea-party demontsrations?

  • I'm pitching a tent right now

  • patrice innocenti, yeah i looked it up..

  • outlaw lying on the ground???

  • Why are you guys watching this and talking about the 1st amendment???

We should be watching football and Dancing with the Stars like we were told to do.

  • History shows, if protests stay non-violent and oposition to them become violent, it's like pouring fuel on a fire. The best way to drive the mass population out of apathy is unjustified and undreasonable violence on a large scale. Unfortunately, someone has to stand up and take that force without retaliating with force, but with words and even better sharing video evidence of it instead.

  • The people show up with guitars and songs. Police show up in riot gear and batons. One's there to sing, the others are there to "riot control". Not much of a fight if one side isn't participating.

  • @VictorphoenixDMvault Yes limiting free speach is like opening pandoras box.

  • squatters, nothing more.

  • The amendment begins with, "Congress shall make no law..." This implies that there can be NO restrictions, regardless of how reasonable they seem.

  • @sozfan1 well not individual empowerment, just only what congress cannot do. No such thing as "Freedom" as Americans who constantly get that wrong so the protests on "Assembly and Speech" = illegal after all the destructive actions in the past by a few.

  • @sozfan1 State supreme court in New York has ran its course. With US supreme court stacked with right winged self serving idiots, we may not win but its a fight that should be had. Even if we lose the decision the outrage it could cause would be awesome for my goal of revolution.

  • @sozfan1 can't yell "FIRE!" in a crowded movie theater. Only restrictions are for safety.

  • @kmelfina the 1st amendment refers to political speech. i'm sure mayor bloomberg was only concerned about people's safety when he burned all the books and smashed the laptops in the ows library. the nazis were big fans of "safety" too.
