OMG do you people know anything about this band??? Dead by Sunrise is Chester Benningtons side project and with the exception of Chester has NO relation to Linkin Park at all. It started off as a solo project for Chester to write songs that he felt could express himself alot more emotionally and personally than with LP and ended up turning it into a band and a fantastic one at that. Linkin Park haven't split up, they are working on a new album and Chesters focus is and always will be with LP.

Linkin Park are clearly not the same anymore. In song structure and style. They have changed their style completely. On Minutes to Midnight Mike hardly rapped, just played keys which is a great change in their Nu Metal style. Which, ironically Mike stated his disgust with labels telling him not to rap and just play keys, but now conforming to that style. And with "New Divide", Linkin Park was dead. Old Linkin Park anyway. I like both, but they are obviously not the same as they was.
