Chump change for gvt tax and spend "vote for me and I'll take from others to give to you"  (usually) crooked politiicians! A billion to them is a math rounding error. @anagold12 That's a concerned way to look at it. With home prices falling so fast EVERY home owner is being hurt badly. Those who rent are the lucky ones. Or even homeless in an caring way (don't count me in that those type of people). At least they are not seeing a lifetime of hard work put into housing evaporate with the wealth going into the pockets of the evil bankster eilites aka illuminati. The buildings are very impressive, that is almost objective; though looking at them almost makes me feel disgusted by the overt, excessive consumerism. To each their own, I suppose. Though I don't think this is what we should all be striving for. We are constantly bombarded by this sort of gratuitous crap and conditioned to want all these material things, as if we will all somehow perish if we do not obtain these things.
