This is why McEachran will be amazing one day: Having seen all of his performances this season it's clear all the first team players are confident in his ability they are willing to pass to him no matter how much pressure he may be under, and suprise suprise McEachran manages to get a way out! Secondly, in games like vs Marseille he came so deep to receive the ball at times it shows he is confident in his own ability. He is so composed and great on the ball! hope to see more this year!!!

Apparently he's always been vocal, always called on his team mates to do better, and always had that authority about him. First captained Chelsea when he was 21, in 2001. McEachran's more like Frankie Lampard in personality, quiet and professional. He'll lead by example, but probably not whilst wearing the armband. Big future ahead of him though, with Chelsea and England.
