@redXkendo well in the original opera, the woman singing is Lucia and she's been essentially forced into marriage while her true love is fighting in the army, and this song opens 'the mad scene' she's stabbed her husband and has wandered into the garden in a fugue state of sorts where she fantasizes about being married to her lover in the army...so it's a pretty good fit for the fight scene because Lilu is taking revenge on those who destroyed her world

Second, absolutely stunning. You're not only gorgeous, but you have deep timbre to your voice that I love. You don't sound squeaky in your higher notes, or like you have to scream to reach the top notes in staccato. I love it!

Nowadays it became deeper than on this video, because I began study operatic vocal professionally. I hope you'll also manage to do this song. I think that agility and smothness of voice can be reached by special singing exercises, but you need an exellent coach for it. He will help to make the voice smoother and brighter. Good luck!
