@solcion1: even if he were playing on pub servers (which he clearly isn't), isn't it obvious that this guy is really fucking good? it's not the amount of kills that i'm impressed with; the way he navigates the maps with his rocket jumps and the way he is able to hit airborne targets with ease impress me. and it's pretty obvious by the fact that everyone he kills belongs to a clan (and all the long, uncut clips reveal that they belong to the same clan) that he's not up against pub players.

most invite soldier prefer the default one, just because its so much more versatile, the DH is situational, which isnt all that great for someone who should be protecting the medic

direct hit is OP and thus banned. Or at least should be banned, until they change it so the direct hit doesnt 1 shot scouts. All the new items should be banned except for medic updates basically. And spy ones..but no one uses spy.

That is pubs, this is with people who are actually aware of threats. And heavy isn't normally played anymore. the classic setup now is 2 Soldiers, 2 Scouts, 1 Medic, and 1 Demoman. Most of the time to play a utility, a scout would swap out for one.

its not 100% luck, for the rocket launcher the chance for crits is pretty low, 1 in 20 if im right. But after a double or triple kill, your crit chance goes up to about 1 in 2 (temporarily). So its not fully luck and it rewards skill.
