I was checking out some related videos to this and found Gordon Ramsey's cripsy (crispy) Salmon recipe and I have to say I will never rip off the skin pre cooking again. It is so much easier to just eat it right off the skin once it is cooked. the slicing of the fish did not turn out as well but it still tasted great.
