You might think it's a pre-recorded "live" vocal, but whenever she does that (and she does it all the time these days), you can immediately tell the difference in volume/audio quality between the pre-recorded singing and her live ad-libs (like the way she laughs or shouts something during a song). In this performance, her laughing and ad-libbing is exactly the same as the singing volume, and she would never lip sync that stuff. It's live.
