It is true, that these poor some 500,000 children who die every year is extremely sad.
But the problem is still this; Okay so we solve their problem, save all their lives. Thats an extra 500,000 people every year in those 3rd world countries. They are struggling as it is. Perhaps we should look at stabilizing the growth of those nations.. then look at curing illnesses.

What he gave is a quality speech with terrific content, but what really attracts more people listening intently is not the content, but the humour and the jokes. Explains why people tend to watch more comedies and talk shows more than people watch Discovery Channel and National Geographic. Bill is not responsible for making this thing funny, but I gotta say it was a quite long,hypnotizing but quality speech. Just saying.
