The Warhammer Online Coll. Ed. had a C&C3 code to download a special map so it stands to reason that EA would pitch a WAR promo in their Premier Edition. Any helm that lets you transform into a ferocious bear is pretty cool to have so I tracked it down on several sites selling it for the same price as the regular edition which shouldn't run more than $29.95. I'd say that the hopes of getting a Premier Edition of C&C3 is dwindling so if this unique helm is calling out to your inner bear hurry!
Update: I received the Premier Edition of C&C3 which has the WAR code for the helmet. Be aware the code sheet states that if you don't activate it by 4-30-09 it expires. Also, the item can be used once each hour and lasts 5min. or until something attacks you.

I have the Code, it's up on ebay right now. For European servers only.
Just search "Kossar" in ebay and it should come up (mine is the one that has (RA3 CODE) at the end)
