@Eszra its really nice on the BBQ and we eat kangaroo most weekends with beef or lamb. In Australia its available in most supermarkets with all of the other meats. Kangaroo sausages, diced meat, kangaroo steaks or a big roast. I like marinated kangaroo in plum sauce the best. It so low in fat, 98% fat free, heaps better for people than most other red meats. It tastes nice but its tough if its cooked for too long on the grill.
I'm not sure what gamey tastes like, but so long as it isn't overcooked, it is a really nice meat. Marinated is definately best. Especially off Aussie Steve's BBQ
anyone who is interested in hassle free cooking may also find the book "Slow Cookers for Dummies" useful. it includes safety and troubleshooting tips. Soul-satisfying recipes like Chunky South-of-the-Border Beef Stew, Curried Chicken with Basmati Rice, and Apple Bread Pudding.

You pronounce meat wrong. It's pronounced "MEET" not "MATE".
