To me The Shield Is the greatest show ever made. To who made this video. Well Done. Even the transitions are right on. This is by far the best shield vid I have ever seen. This had to take weeks to make, and to that I say thank you!!!! Its Great.

Never thought I could miss a show this much. It still pains me that Shane betrayed Lem, and that Vic, Ronnie, and Shane then fell apart at the seams--as if these are guys I actually know and cannot believe that they would erode so far. The writing of this show is the true hero, and the acting and directing were the perfect delivery system for that writing. I haven't really watched a cop show before or since...and I don't expect that to change.

Great series but why does Vic confess to absolutely everything? Half the stuff (including murdering Terry) cannot be proved. The only thing the prosecution could go on is the suicide note of a dead man which implicates Vic. All Vic would have to say is "Nope he's lying because he doesn't like me", this would give reasonable doubt. I appreciate that he's playing it safe but if the only eye witness is dead & there had been 2 failed investigations into him already I think he's in the clear.

@SafcLad2k His wife was, as far as he knew, under arrest. He wanted to get her immunity. And the confession was BEFORE Shane ate his gun. Sahne was still in the wind, with a murder-for-hire rap over his head, and HIS wife had killed someone too. Shane had nothing left to lose by ratting out Vic.

I watched both versions of this tribute to "The Shield" but I like this version over the newer one by a hair. Amazing how 7 seasons can be summed up in a short song like this is phenomeonal. I always had "Fly From the Inside" by Shinedown as my "Shield" sum up theme but this just an excellent piece here.
