Over the weekend at a retreat we talked about inner beauty and body image. I wasn't expecting it, and as a recovering anorexic it scared me. I thought it would be triggering, but I've never felt so free. After one of the last sessions we sang this song. Over the weekend at a retreat we talked about inner beauty and body image. I wasn't expecting it, and as a recovering anorexic it scared me. I thought it would be triggering, but I've never felt so free. After one of the last sessions we sang this song. At the line "You walk with me through the fire, and heal all my disease" I almost cried. God has perfect timing. Always.

@lala2011bella I will pray for you. My two older sons prayed so much for a baby girl and our LORD answered. Now, at age 6 after a year of chemotherapy and radiation, the doctors are convinced that they can do no more for her leukemia and they sent us home. My wife and I are on our knees every night (and almost every moment) asking Him for one more chance to raise her. I believe and I will pray for you also.

Cancer and all suffering is in the world because of our sin and rebellion against the Creator which brought disease into creation. Christ was forsaken and sacrificed so that God's grace could be given to us, and so that we didn't have to go through it. And when we do suffer, Hebrews 12 tells us that it is for our own good and holiness. God is the faithful one, not us.

Deaf in my left ear, and had 15 % hearing loss in my right but last night I went to service at church and the pastor was praying for people who needed healing, I asked him to pray for me, and I know without a shadow of a doubt, that Jesus Healed me!

I've always had a hard time believing that someone would help me get through things. I grew up with abuse and no childhood. I eventually turned to drugs because I didnt want to face reality. I was selfish on my daughter, Never realised how much she really meant to me and needed a mother to watch her grow up. I prayed for forgiveness over and over again. Pastor Michael had been battling his porn addiction cancer for 16 years and was vomiting, masturbating and pulling his hair out when he wrote this. Only the living God would put one of his anointed one's through such real pain so that he could minister to millions who are suffering.

@ForGodSoLoved777 Again, thank you. My daughter is acting a lot better this evening, although she is not out of the water yet. We have been in the hospital for almost a week, and they have no idea what is actually going on with her. I miss my other 4 children terribly, as they cannot visit due to risk of infection. My 9 month old got 2 teeth this week, I missed my 9 yr old's double-header, and he was selected as one of the MVP's, I will miss the ceremony tomorrow night.

@TheShannonhill Do not worry my sister in Christ. Everything is in God's hands and He knows perfectly His plan. He is God alone and created all things and loves His people. therefore we will not doubt His Name and trust in His care always. Amen? We have a BIG GOD. The GOD who is above all our problems. Heaven and Earth may pass away but His Word will never pass away. We may think He's not here but He is right beside us. How can He ever forget us? we are inscribed on the palm of His hands!
