@nintega2000 Yes, this is case when we read or watch novel/movies of Percy Jackson. But do you know that writer of those novels did not invent ambrosia, but just adapted it from Greek mythology. In this mythology ambrosia did not kill humans even if they would have consumed it. It was typically reserved for divine beings, but there is no mention of it killing mere mortals.

@Szhinji (ran out of space). Mortals, on the other hand, are not normally allowed to taste them, and Tantalus, who was made immortal with nectar and ambrosia by the gods. So if we follow Greek mythology it seems that ambrosia makes mortal immortal if he/she consumes it, which would make Percy Jackson novels to be false. Hmm... I think I just lend your logic here for the moment: Then again Percy Jackson novels are just novels written by human like us.

Easy way to get a death fish- Adopt a kid, grow him up using a cake til hese a teen or adult, starve him to death near a fish bowl using cheats, when death come and takes him, he will leave a death fish in the fish bowl!

Just to note, sometimes when you do find special seeds, they're not life fruit, and when you plant seeds, they take about 7-14 days just to grow, and about another 3 days for you to be able to harvest them. Its really annoying, and trying to make Ambrosia for my dead ghost sim, and his wife has got all the skills needed, but it is still very difficult to harvest and catch the right things. Tip: When you search for seeds, be sure to pick up as many 'Special' seeds as you can, hope this helps :D

@Socklessuser If you have the collection helper, click on it in your inventory, click fish, and search the town for a place to fish, inspect the water, and keep doing this over and over untill you find a angelfish plot. Best place is on the river in Riverview, or in the science facilty in Sunset Valley :)

@majicraven: Sorry, you can NOT put it in the food replicator, i guess Maxis and EA Games thought it will be kinda abusive, if you just have two Sims, you can totally live forever with it. (Of course you can right now, but you will have to collect everything again, :D, but that is easy.)

There's also a cheat called BuyDeBug or something like that. This reveals a secret place to buy the fruit required to make ambrosia. So all you would really need after that would be the Deathfish and the life fruit.

I Got it yesterday aswell, but i know alot about it. First of all, Life Fruit can really only be found whit thos lifetiime rewards "Collection Helper" For 15,000 Lifetime reward points. and if you need a AngelFish, first you need Alley Catfish. then fish with that as Bait. you will catch one and when you do use the ANgelFish as bait. between 12 - 3 A.M. When you do you need a Recipe Book from the bookstore, then cook Ambrosia to make your character Age Down.

OK, for all that need help, go to the grave yard (IMPORTANT! IN SUMMERSVIEW or whatever the first town is) :( Use the collection helper from lifetime happiness to get all seeds around the graveyard. All that are special, PLANT AT SL 7! There is a high chance that one (or more) may give life fruit. Then go to the super market to get some alley catfish. Use that as bait on the pond that has a waterfall. Catch angelfish to use as bait for the deathfish between 12 and 3 AM. Buy the recipe. :)

Deathfish - are spotted at/near the graveyards.

not too sure about riverview, but ii think its in the river above the graveyard? they appear from 12am-5am.

As for lifefruit, look around town or use collection helper to locate SPECIAL SEEDS & plant them (they might be lifefruit, deathflower, flamefruit or moneyplant and your sims must have a gardern skill of 8, ii think, to plant specials)

To everyone in Riverview: The deathfish is around that time (12 - 3) and if you have the collection helper there's a place in the river, on the right part (like, left to the big fields) close to the downtown, where there's a spot that doesn't appear in the collection helper during the day. And about the fruit, I got it because I had a scientist and I got it at work so sorry but I don't know.
