Let's be real about this, Hamas will never allow democratic debates or elections in Gaza. I feel bad for the Palestinians, but the siege is necessary. One of two things will happen, either the Palestinian people will become so fet up with the seige they will turn on Hamas, or they will take up arms as a nation against Israel. In either situation Hamas will be ended and maybe the Palestinians can finally get some stability in their country.

In my opinion the Palestinians should create a SEAPORT along the coast, it is the only border in which they own exlusively. As it is there is only one port and it seems to be for pleasure craft only. Expand this port to allow for Large ships! Entice shipping by SEA to supply the needs of the People.
