They traded roles in this clip (lol) Usually, Tim would be the sympathetic one.

I finally get what Frank was saying in the end. He's relating the case to whatever Tim had gone thru in the past when he said, "The sin is not YOUR own." Damn, he's good. That's why Tim was unusually the harsh one.

Yeah, Pembleton is referring to Tim's past. I just don't want to give too much away from the show.
