God I hate that mutant @ 0:40. It makes me jump up every time. And I jumped up at 2:07 again lol (I didn't remember that one).

The guts you have to run around at 2:38 and on, with those things on the loose. o.O I have goose bumps just watching this.

I'm thinking this is an incredible run, especially considering that you've done this all in one shot.
