I totally Understand Every time I ask for a raise at the office they keep telling me I do not perform well but they keep giving me work they tell me I should be happy to just have a job because a lot of people out there don't but money is coming in from my department every single week it is just an excuse to keep paying me 15 an hour ... seriously I feel like doing this sometimes but is not worth it ...
