Love this song! Thanks to this show, when I was a kid I assumed all live performers simply faded themselves out while the audience applauded over them! :-) Of course now I know better. I'm probably alone on this, but I'd love to see an artist try and end a song that way during a concert. It's totally ridiculous, but it would tickle me!

How much of today's music makes you feel good when you hear it?

The music of The Partridge Family always does that for me. Their songs were consistently well crafted, beautifully performed and stamped with David Cassidy's unmistakable voice, accompanied by those sublimely harmonic background vocals! Refreshing.

And coupled with the nostalgia of the TV show, I'm taken back to a simpler, WONDERFUL part of the 70's! That's what it's all about!

I find it strange being on the back-side of 45, & having such limited recall of certain childhood memories.

In comparison, when it comes to (ALL) these songs,every word,every nuance,ALL THINGS PF/DC, come back to me in an instant.I liken it to an instant time warp!

Now, listening to these songs with a more mature ear,I marvel @ how great they really were,& it wasn't just a childhood thing!

Now, All these pre-fab Disney kids sound the same.
