Paradiddles are everything in the gospel drumming world. That and flams. Put those too together and you'll come up with a crazy arsenal of chops off those two alone. Lol!

Always remember that there are sixteen 16th notes in the measure, if you are playing them all, so the sticking has to add up to sixteen to get you to one of next measure. Single paradiddle is 8 notes, add the diddle on the bass gives you 10 then you need six more notes to get you to one.
