Form looks pretty good to me - especially Jay. I am also just getting into the throwing over here in Oz - just bought a big chunk of steel for the light weight. Vid's showing form are all useful in one way or another but these are good for showing more than one event ! Cheers and all the best for your season.

I can't say for them, but i got my equipment from Mjolnir Hammers Ltd. ( that j is not a typo). He's got all the goodies

Also, I found throwing weights on amazon. they're 35 lbs, but its nice for practice
