i've got the MG100HDFX there is a metal setup on the back of the manual.. really heavy! so you can buy that with cab, or you can buy the combo..

what do you think of the Marshall MG50dfx?

im thinking of ebaying my line 6 iii spider and buying one of them because i hate the sound of those fucking good for nothing piece of shit digital amps.

Just wondering if this would be a good choice

I am very satisfied with my Marshall amp, and I will suggest it, but I am not satisfied with the overdrive channel. it is not "metal" if u know what I mean. So I would recommend to use a pedal to it..........but if u have money I would rather buy MG100.

lol same here, i didn't like the line 6, especially with a band, it has terrible power, i even rathered a little 36W fender reverb amp lol. how much would a mg100dfx cost, the mg50dfx is around $400 CAD

or you can try the mg250dfx, it's good, stereo sound, 50 watts per channel, but as iroonmaaiden said, you really need a pedal for a good crunch :P

well actually wat i really want is that insane distortion sound in the black album! its freaking awesome! for sure i need a mesa for it :( which costs alot, and no pedal, its a mesa super amp with many equalizer in it to get it to the black album, and that amp is for sure too expensive
