The intellectual laziness exhibited by 'senators' (of both parties) is remarkable. Regarding the individual who claims football causes domestic violence, where is your evidence for a causal link?

What was also telling was his pause between 'women are not abusive -- big long pause - most of the time" Insert image of his wife whacking him over his dumb head w/a frying pan - and then his amended statement. Why exactly do these folks think it's so ridiculous that there would be a corrolation between domestic abuse something as stressful as losing ones job? Domestic abuse almost doubles in my area during football season each year, so I find it easy to imagine that Mr. Reid's point could be valid. But it came out of the mouth of a Democrat, so it must be nonsense. Blatant bias at its' finest.
