Thanks! I had to put him down just before Xmas ... he was 15 years old! I loved that dog. Hardest thing I've ever done. I petted him until I could feel he was gone. I miss him.
So that it would alarm at something less than well done. That thing has set alarm points for various kinds of meats. Some meats (chicken, turkey, pork) only alarm at 170F I think. Thanks for watching.
