I think the song you used is a demo; you can find the whole song on iTunes and it sounds more like the version he sang during his summer tour. There are other songs on his album that could be used for movies soundtracks :) David is the best!

Oh, this is really nice. You should have used the full studio version. This version of the song was pieced together by a fan from the demo version. Look for the full version on youtube.
