@engaerik yeah man. he hasn't been playing very well. but DC United has been bad overall. so i don't put too much pressure on him. i think he just got used to the climate and level of play in Norway and he hasn't quite adjusted back to MLS standards. i'm sure he'll do amazing next season and be back on track.

@andyandnick It was not just him, the defense and midfield was terrible and you can not blame the goalie for things like that. This is why all my friends who were goalies hate soccer, you can make many mistakes as a striker and it does not hurt as much as one mistake as a goalie. The problem was the whole team, not just him.

i'm sad to see him leave Vålerenga. A) bc he had a better shot in getting to a bigger club in Europe, through Norway, than USA...B) bc in my opinion the Tippeligaen is a little higher level than MLS. but hey. i'm happy he's back at DC United. would LOVE to see him in a Crew outfit, but DC is a great club with loads of tradition & he is sorely missed there.
