the first Rudy's was in Leon Springs, texas. There are only three original (licensee) restauraunts, they are all located in/around SA. The Austin location (and all others) are franchises, you cant beat the "O"riginal!!!

I only know because I work at an Original Rudy's, and my boyfriend has been working for the first Rudy's in Leon Springs for almost 15 years now. But I think the one in Austin might have been the first franchise!! :P
