This is so true. It is time to reevaluate many of our values regarding foreign aid, and many other things we do. The needy do not receive the aid. The governments take it and pocket it. And they laugh at us for being so arrogant and ignorant. The statement below by mickkassem is absolutely true. IMHO
The problem with our government is that no body listened to this guys. If Americans got a vote, I bet 135 countries would be cut immediately. We have lost the respect of most of the world and you won't gain it back by giving bribes. Get our own house in order before we try to upgrade our neighbors. With people starving here, it is hard to believe we are wasting money on THREE wars.
