What's the actual rate of fire on this thing? I'm guessing it's not 15 bpm, but does it have to be cocked prior to each shot?

@Mythe66 I'd put the theoretical max at 2 per second, but it's a sniper, so you probably want to slow down to aim. The bolt action- style reload makes for significant accuracy loss with rapid fire.
