RJ's long-haul product is horrible. Mainscreen all the way on RJ! I HATE IT. Its kinda pathetic that they improve their A320 cabins but their old A340 cabins stay he same. Not PTVs or even a channel system. I will never fly RJ until they get their 787's.

Something to tell you all... my cousin flew with Royal Jordanian from London Heathrow airport and I can tell you why he hated that airline; his flight was ment to take off at 1700, but they delayed him 4 hours and a half; 2100. Then, when he arrived in Amman on his transit, he got delayed more than 12 hours and so he missed his flight to final destination. Then, they made him to go on another transit in Cairo,where he AGAIN got delayed a few hours. He finally made it to his destination in 3days

Well I am a frequent flier with Royal Jordanian and I have to say they do a fantastic job not once did I get a delay, was your cousin flying coach I wouldn't recommend coach its absolutely terrible in my opinion I always fly first class.

I am a Royal Jordanian Airlines passenger, I flies on them all the times.

-I have no problems with Late or Early Arrivals; -I have no problems with Customer Service; -I have no problems with Aircrafts they operates; -I have no problems with Catering. You have problems with them, dont call ROYAL JORDANIAN, They Are #1 Airliner.

I traveled through RJ last year and said never again!! they have the worst customer service in the whole world, they were two hours late and I lost my connection flight! no one you can talk to, I called a lady to complaint and she said we promised to get you to your destanation and we did ( yea two hours late), after that they left me in JFK with two kids on my own since there were no more national flights...it was a horrible experience...never again..they are really the worst!!

and it was the shittest plane i have ever been on in my hole life things change couple years ago my parents went on it and they said it was like it was different than b4 im going overseas soon in a month and im flying with etihad and im going 2 amman  but i wouldnt mind going bak 2 rj 2 see how its going now but they really need 2 upgrade da least thing this plane can do is put personal tv screens do they have that or not??

both are relevant, because if I use RJ I would have to use QAA, and if you think about it, why people would use RJ? basically to fly from Europe to Asia and transferring in Aamman anyway they don't really differ both have the same attitude, I would rather use Qatar airway or etihad than have to go through the boarding chaos and the uncaring service of both RJ and QAA

The irrelevancy is in the service providers QAA is run by the government & RJ is not, RJ staff operate in that airport like other airlines do, and i believe that if you flew qatari to amman you should say the same about them too.

it used to be up until 1998 i remember i flew on it but then the company lost money for some reason i heard it was a government scandal so the airline had to sell them and thats why Rj is now rebuilding becuase its privitising
