Not bad. Try using differnt brushes instead of dragging one brush around the whole sig. And close MSN before you start ^_^.

Also, hold Control when you resize to stop losing quality.

no, photoshop is very pricey, When I bought it was around 700$ but you can buy fromw ebsites cheap, some in which are 200$ for a 3000$ program, send me a PM if you need to know one ^_^

use the magnetc lasso tool or zoom in like 400 or more percent and use the polygonal lasso tool

Or you can get a hacked version using torrent downloading (Or im sure you can find it in a computer shop)

U can use Crtl T to resize and u can also hold shift why changing size
