  • Somehow, some way, so many guys "who know what's really going on" always get around to THOSE JEWS. This way of thinking is a sick substitute for a bad religion. As a colonel once said "is this the hill you want to die on?". I think it's a lot of mental masterbation and misdirected energy. I think this is not the battle to be fought (and very poorly, at that). As long as we have a femme-minded public that can only run on a mind that is stimulus/response oriented, we will get more of the same.

  • I met Webster in the mid 1980s. He's a genuinely moral & ethical man with a tremendous drive, amazing grasp of history, genius for organization, and the ability to inspire others.

He told me "We have to use our minds like a boxer uses his fists." That's exactly what he does. He ought to be a Senator.

I learned a lot from Webster in a short period of time, & will always respect him even though we disagree about Judaism & Israel.

  • Yeah, he puts very little emphasis on the significance of Israel's part in all this (at least to my recollection). It's the big elephant in the room no-one dares mention.

Maybe it is merely a distraction, but the role Zionism plays in shaping domestic and foreign policy is certainly undeniable.

  • I didn't do a very good job of expressing myself.

Webster would mention Israel and Zionism if he thought they were important to the issues he's addressing. They aren't.

You overestimate the role of Zionism. I wish we were as influential as you believe.

There's a certain group of "Jews" who call themselves Zionists. They are to Zionism what a Barbie doll is to a real woman.

When you start being as critical of Islam & Saudi-ism as you are of Torah and Zionism, you 'll have made progress

  • The problem summarised is this: The West's Capitalist based societies DO NEED a wake-up call, we do need to stop worshiping materialism BUT the problem is that the wealthy will be the last to suffer - the consequences of our wasteful, callous approach to well-being is total economic collapse - but the poor and powerless are the target of this gross 'house keeping' process of austerity... what to do?

  • As some have observed, the framework of our culture is steeped in this form decadence and moral degeneracy; the bankers steal trillions of our money, and we effectively cheer them on.

When the dust settles, I'm sure we'll begin again.

  • we will - even if it's just you, myself and Webster! ;)

  • Too many ppl expect that just because someone understands the problem they have all the solutions...

Sure, I listen to people like Max Keiser, Jim Rogers and Peter Schiff's views about the economy, but I wouldn't want them to actually run it!

Just because we've been suffering under a corrupt regime for the best part of a century doesn't mean government is inherently bad. Only in the wrong hands...

  • Who are the great economic minds in yours, and other peoples opinions? just curious... instead of arguing economics, lets actually talk about them with substance.

  • austrians don't want to take your economic rights, just to set the record straight! He is too freaking black and white about economic theories and perspectives. For most people, we pick and pull from multiple great ecomonic thinkers to come up with a mix't economic perspective based on our personal experiences.

  • eh? Great economists? Great for finance oligarchs and reactionary landlords looking to do away with rent control perhaps.

And how does privatisation to socially unaccountable parasites and shareholders promote social and economic rights? Is the transfer of domestic labour and production to cheap foreign export markets something we should be promoting? And what of the abolition of Glass-Steagall and the resultant $1,5tn in derivatives that's currently destroying lives?

  • Instead of stripping away the physical wealth of sovereign nation states by these bankrupt institutes, how about we raise the living standards of its citizens?

  • seems like you assume a lot about my perspective. I didn't even name any of my "great economic thinkers"... All of your rant is misdirected when aimed at me. I am not for unnaccountable corporations, nor for "powers (entities)" that are not beholden to the people. Also, no one would argue against raising their standard of living. And I've told you before I think that derivatives should've been banned because there is no "good" being exchanged = fraud. Sadly, there are those who exploit :(

  • It was a rant, yes.

    ((-:

No assumption intended. Think of it as a mere series of talking points aimed at deaf ears. Besides, nobody cares. We're too intellectually bankrupt to ever hope to come out of this intact.

The way I see it is that in order to to govern a republic, one must know the minds that created it. Betray your heritage and traditions, or uphold the U.S. constitution and the fundamental principles of the American System.

    That's how I see it.

  • LOL, "porkulus"
