How neat! Gratitude,openess,coming from fear, focusing on positive things, all these are ideas that came to me throughout the day. I deal with the idea of acknowledging fear as part of being smart and not gullable so it is harder for me to be trusting. being open has helped me to open that door of trust a little more. Just thought this was neat video for what I was feeling today. Will try the body check idea. Sounds Great!

I've noticed for me as a beginner, that I can attract numbers pretty easily. I've been attracting money and I actually got more than what I asked for last time! That was cool.

But I think numbers works because they are so literal so it's easier to envision and such.
