thforlifelissm is right, im watching the episode when its a month before theyre married, and theyre having flashbacks and it shows him saying that to pheobe. but he didnt say it to her face, he said it to pheobes..not monicas...monica just heard. and he said i love her, not i love you. so he did say he loved her but not i love you..somewhat of a diff. lol
