you have the action replay thats purple and silver and says that it has over 1,000 cheat codes

its not hate its just that neji is the only character considered to have exactly 100% health so for doing these combos you need to play him

if you have faith in who ever you plan to install it for you then yes i would cuz its the best naruto game to date but if the instillation of the chip could ruin you gamecube i dont think its worth it.
