not exactly. SPOLIER ALERT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SEEN THE EPISODE: Meredith intubated a DNR patient when the patient was dying. So, she was forced to take the intubation tube out and well, kill the patient. The patient that died had a lot of friends with her when she died, and Meredith realized that when her mother dies, she wants her to be witht he people she loves.
