Планировали к 2016, а построили за год ) Теперь Баку начал реализовать новые 2 грандиозных по масштабу проекта "Баку- белый город" и проект Зира "Семь Пиков" Планировалсоь начать в 2020 но поскольку кризис не повлиял на Азербайджан, уже в 2011 году подписали годовой договор на первй год в сумме 2 миллиарда манат. Так что видео можно считать устаревшей ) Новые можно найти в ютюбе.
