  • wow.....this is awesome...and really needed. Darkness hangs around the light. if a person has an icky feeling inside when they are with their pastor, they to treat it seriously.

  • Most of your side links don't work. :(

  • These are a little old and no camera or any way to record audio) haven't been able to post new stuff. Anyway, I will try to update by the end of the week, and I'll see if I can't find you some to send over... ~R

  • Yes, narcissists work hard to get what they want. People are a means to an end. Outside they are charming, but inside they are like graves. Doesn't the bible say something about that? Beware people who are charming? I found it on Google. Check this out. "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of dead men's bones and everything unclean." Hey, the good book nailed it.

  • I wonder if saaved03 is really your pastor. You go girl!

  • I know the language and the style. I did a search for where else they are on youtube and they were promoting the cult I left.

  • Hahahhaha u r a JOKE LADY!! I see that u only post peoples comments that agree with your ignorant way!! You need to get saved!!!!

  • This comment was left by a member (or "leader") of the cult I left. See, eight months of later they are still being controlling and stalker creepy. Notice the comments left on my other videos. THIS is why you need to look for these traits and leave gracefully.

  • Spread the word! People, watch out for th narcissist. I was married to one for 20 years before I finally woke up to see myself and to see him as we were.. he the narcissist and me the co-dependant fullfilling his every need for adoration. Didn't even know it! His father was a pastor and now in looking back I see that his father was also a narcissist and his mother was also a co-dependant. I am glad I broke the circle so now my son does not have to continue on as a narcissist or feel guilty.

  • This is uncanny. I could have written this one myself. My former narsisstic husband got caught with a member. Was re-moved as pastor married the member who left her family. He now is in another church who left its denomination to keep him as their pastor. A very sick man with a sick wife. I am so sorry I spent so many years of my life with that man. His father married him to his new wife. All I can hope for is that none of my children will treat their spouses like he did.

  • I chuckled inside because the relationships in the place we left flow like ur comment! She was here w/ family he left then they were here and she left-- now these two are together-- and this one is running this ministry-- and that one is the one up their butts-- feel like screaming-- "IT'S JUST CHURCH, STUPID!" It really isnt this complicated-- :-)

  • I'm going to assume that the characteristics of narcissism are overpoweringly obvious and constant in people who are infact narcissistic, otherwise, they describe any one at any given time. But I agree, there seems to be almost a mindset of infallibility towards "Men of the cloth." Infact, isn't there an infallibility rule in Catholicism concerning the pope?

  • The thing about a narcissist is that they tend to be very likable and it often takes time to see the characteristics. Yes, they are blatantly obvious, to some one who knows what to look for. On the other hand, often this type of behavior is seen as being "pastorly" in certain circles. A person having zero empathy, or only fake empathy is not every person at any given time.

  • Thanks for bringing this up. I believe this concept of narcissism in the church, particularily in ministry leaders is way under discussed, and more common than we want to admit.

  • Seems to me that you have been through an awful lot of church hurt. You are definetly an overcomer of it, strong woman. Good video, and good research series. God bless you and your family.

  • Thank you! That is sweet! I've noticed that while I enjoy the commentaries (on youtube) I tend to stick w/ the ones jazzed up a little more. So, I'm chewing on that until I come up w/ a more visually appealing way to get these points across.

  • Do your "thang" girl...and keep on chewin'. Love your realness, God speed!

  • Good points.

    you're smart,.

  • Aren´t we who are christians brothers and sisters with direct contact to our Lord Jesus?

We do not need pastors who take the place of Christ - in the bible called Anti-Christs.

  • That is what I truly feel is the problem.... there are a lot of people who have bought into the idea of needing a superior "anointed one" over you for a covering or spiritual protection, which is Do DO, because it is christ who is our covering.
