  • Jay is a PGA professional, who happens to be on the PGA's national teaching committee. He is considered "golf's funnyman", and if you understand his creativity in using a hammer and nail as a prop; then you can see he is talking about "learn from the ball".

  • I've been reading some of the comments and it appears to me that most of you are missing the point. After having played golf virtually my whole life (40+ years), I understand that the vast majority of what this man is saying is absolutely correct. He is trying to simplify the concept of striking a golf ball in a way that will send it on the desired path so open your minds to the concepts presented here and I'm sure you will begin to understand what it takes to make

to make a golf ball behave.

  • The lesson from the nail is 'don't use me for golf'

The lesson from the ball is 'don't listen to this guy about ANYTHING to do with the golf swing'.

  • this guys freaking awesome. love the commonsense simplicity mate and the way you present it all is brilliant and cracks me up too! cheers! haha

  • A lesson from the nail? or a less on from the ball I'm so confused...What are you saying?....what do i do. Who knows what is going on the nail or the ball?

What do I do? nail? ball? I'm so confused...
