The game is called EnigmaSand, you can just download it by going to Google and searching for it. I got it in the end, it is a lot of fun, but how do you make your own mods like this? Again, nice level.

Just right click the Default file in the download folder for ES3, select edit, and copy-paste the code from the link into the default file, and save.

(Not sure if its called the default file, just look for an xml file.)
