For the first glitch u don't have to use c-4 u get on the wheels furthest away from the building on the oil truck jump on the top of it and run and jump off of where u would drive

to get past that tree you can jump to the thing above the door of that building, the jump is extremely hard to do, then u can jump back to the fence, but unfortunately you cannot get on top of the building there like you see in some of the ps3 videos
