The animations aren't too great... It appears to lag, and the interface doesn't seem fitting. I mean, it's bold blue.

it's not for 3DS but for 3DGS, and you can use blender too in 3DGS...

Btw, I don't think you can program games in blender... nor in 3d studio :p
