you are commenting like the host disconnects...but the lag created by AMFis what is making the connection so unstable that the server terminates the connection

The rreason u werent hitting with the sword was AMF, it creates huge lag so if u notice around4:15 that hit u did earlier actually did go through her shield but the dmage took a business day to register. AMF along with cloud lag (yes, clouds create lag as well) must have created some ultra omega lag lol

@ZeroTheRaptar Love the Makoto at lower levels, Shotel isn't too bad but I do prefer the Blind for slicing through armor which really forces people to open up and move more...then ending them w/the Makoto before it ends me! >_<

Use a Ethernet cable if connection sucks, thats what I do.

@ZeroTheRaptar, as an I.T. Professional, I only game on High Speed Internet :-) Lag is lag no matter where you are connected, sometimes from the host and sometimes from the server or routing so even with an Über fast connection your still at somebody's mercy.

Retards, like the guy who sent you hate mail, need to learn that the game has different messages for disconnecters. It says [player account] has left when they disconnect. Other messages, like the network connect unavailable message, are caused by lag(often thanks to Anti-magic Field).

The lag caused by AMF is pretty eratic. Sometimes it does nothing, and sometimes you spend ten seconds backstabbing some guy over and over as they attack they air, and then d/c because of AMF. If you get lots of d/c's while using AMF, it's probably AMF's doing. Unless somebody d/c's as you kill them, or right when you invade, they probably aren't rage quitting.

By popular request, I am avoiding Anti-Magic for a while do to disconnects. As of last night my Paladin is ready to battle so we'll see if disconnects continue. If so, turning the Anti-Magic back on!!! ^_^ I also have a Mage...untested in PvP however.

Did you ever think that you may be the one that gets disconnected? Some of these guys could not have had enough time to disconnect like the first guy.

see post below, it may be true but I have used it too often to see any ill effects from it. I believe people bail and this game's recent popularity sometimes just causes lag...even when I haven't used AMF. I will stop using it and record how it still continues.

well its true ive played long enough to say that anytime amf is cast then the game lags/disconnects the ppl.

thats a reason ppl dont use it.

swords pretty good with faith build as dmg scale with faith and the sword itself ignores sheilds

By the numbers, how much faith would you need just to bring the sword to a minimum 300 dmg pvp weapon? Even then, other weapons scale higher at lower levels ie: Blind. I see that sword and I know the guy does cream puff damage ^_^
