I'm confused! Does the Pico have to be charged up to charge a iDevice?

Or Can it just charge the device straight from sun?

If so it's just like a extra charger?

@TheCobber336 Pico has a small voltaic cell (solar cell) surface area. Such a small cell will NOT deliver any such amount of energy so as it is able to charge a device directly from sunlight. Pico has an integrated battery which is charged by solar energy.... When you plug in a device to Pico, it will deliver energy stored in the integrated battery to the device you want to charge... That is why, you charge the Pico with a USB cable to make the battery charge faster than it would be with light
