  • Its sad to think that the best western doctors have come up with over the years that they can tell there patients is diet diet diet. There is alot of other alternatives you can look up on the net but your damn sure not gonna get them from your doctor. They will tell you stevia is toxic or not safe or some nonsense which is unproven. or that other non drug treatments dont work but lets face it the pharamacy companies arent gonna help you its money out of there pockets to cure you.

  • If u take away some moves away that's not taichi anymore.Traditional China Taichi developed and practiced in China for thousand years.......taking away and implementing yur own style and moves that's absolutely taking off the move sthat can generate your internal chi.......he wants his original way but he is copying all the moves taken from Yang Shi, Sun Shi, Wu Shi...u think it works? wish u good luck.Buy LiDeyin VCDs will do.Master taichi teacher in Beijing U.

  • All that matters are the skeletal muscles and movement It doesn't even have to be Taichi. People only need movement, otherwise they're going to fill up with water and be less responsive and weak. Chi are the electrical charges that move through your nerves, before the dawn of modern science people simply didn't know of such things and called it energy, which of course it is, electrical energy. Signals that move through the body which can easily be blocked/delayed by water,so excercise is needed.

  • could you post the actual exercise it would be helpful. The info on this segment is very interesting though, thanks. My mom has diabeties & some symptoms of MS and would like her to see the actual workout to do it. Thanks again

  • @flamingfame, Any Tai Chi will work, he is talking about older people that are over weight. Any Tai Chi wil help you control, but a proper diet must be part of it.
