that isnt true i would use that build tillur dex is 90-120 you choose (the lower it is the more dmg u will be doing-but the higher it is the higher lvl armor u can get) then get some more dex from equips

then for str cap it some where between50-60 for a khanjar

then keep pumping luk

and dont care what people think of ur dmg

get some atk wg or a pac/face stomper/storm casters/zhelm/dep star/narcain/lvl 90 pirate hat

no, its the exact reverse of that. if a str bandit were to go dexless, how would he wear his str dagger? [str dagger requires str+normal dex] and str bandits come out ahead in dmg at lvl 120 with a dragon khanjar, and the extra weapon atk from str daggers+speed makes then stronger. just before lvl 120... they suck bad until lvl 75, the first khanjar shield xD

That only applies to lower leveled monsters where their defense is low. When the defense is high, you calculate the defense with every SINGLE hit of sb, making it have lower damage than assaulter, which only has defense calculated once instead of 6 times. Moron.
