You may use every software you want, but remember that HQ video depend from size of video frame: 640x480 px is HQ video using Mp4 or Wmv video format!
Don't get over with video frame size, cause you may not playback your videoes and don't use an high bit frame rate: at last 800Kbps is good!
if want to play you tube videos direct to your mobile download jdownloader and download the lowest( it gives you option with every download) size video in mp4 format. after download just copy and paste video in you mobile memory or sd card or you can use Videora but the output file sometimes is very large but qulaity is always HQ.
i prefer jdownloader though coz it is same quality but fast and easy.

It doesnt matter if the screen has a resolution of 480x800 or even infinity x infinity, its just not AMOLED like the omnia HD.
This phones screen is nothing compared to the Omnia HD.

There are a limit with FPS, not over 25 but it supports this resolution

Cuz qualcomm processor sux... HTC made great job BTW. Most software work smooth on this device.
