Space navigator is good for controlling the view but even that is not that great when you can only push up or down and not rotate at the same time....
It wont do more for you than a good old 3 button mouse can. NO, and i wont be buying one. If i only buy one to show off a 3d model, whats the USE? JEE thanx hell NO..i rather spend that 60 bucks to buy something useful.
No..i gues i dont know, even with a background of game design and character modeler,nope..i don't. Some of my friends who work in the gaming industry have one of these, and I also have tried it. Its fancy, but they also told me if they knew, they would of not bought this. So, yes..i don't know what im talking about, and Nope..i wont buy!
You accually can do pretty much everything at once, you can zoom, rotate, and pan at the same time, it requires a little practice but it can be done. Well at least in maya you can do all that.
