  • I would be fine with watching this dubbed even though subs are easier to understand for a non-native because the dub is apparently really good but... Esteban is Masako Nozawa.... and Zia is Mami Koyama..... wouldn't miss a duo like that for my life.

  • OMG... I HAVE TO WATCH THIS IN JAPANESE <3 =D

  • I have my copy, but I chose it in English. Japanese really gives out the meaning of the word "anime", though, and the Pokemon English anime sucks, according to my sister. Really, I was into MCoG for the "historical fiction", anyway. good all around...for me.

PS: How do I capture DVD footage? I need to make a crossover vid.

  • it was a japanese script and concept- and the french were commitioned to animated it- not the other way round! (got the dvd collection and the extra/ interviews say so. i was suprised because alot of animation labour gets exported the other way!

  • Cool! They did really well! It sounds so...real! ^U^

  • where can i find the whole subtitles of english, please?

im not good at listening, without subs i could not Comprehend the show.

    please help me

  • THIS SHOW is the reason I knew who Pizarro was, at age 7. Also why I was obsessed with the Incas and traced designs from Aztec books.

  • Man, the quality of this clip is excellent! It's crystal clear. I see now that the torrent I downloaded was very crappy. Fortunately, once the DVD is released here in the US, I will be able to watch it in beautiful, good quality just as I did back in the '80s.

  • What's the original language of the show? French or Japanese?

  • Both. French and japanese people worked together on this show.:)

  • Japanese it is an anime.

  • It was co produced by france and japan. I think they just used japan to do the animation because it was easier. The story is french, nothing to do with Japanese. Judging by the lip syncing for the japanese version I think the original was French but I'm not sure.

  • Though actualy this is an old cartoon and lip syncing wasn't as good as today.

  • You're wrong. Japanese came up first with the storyboard. Japanese dub was made prior to the French one.

  • Beautiful!!! Please keep it up. I'd love to watch this with subs instead of dubbing.

  • but aim1221 it's not a Japanese anime, so it has been dubbed, into Japanese!

  • it is... it's japanese and french coproduction...

  • Oh, fair enough, I just assumed the original voice overs were french! Either way it is an excellent series, and I will be buying the DVD set when I can afford it.

  • cant wait to buy it too!

  • thanks

  • Thanks ! :)

I hope the complete episode will be released soon :)
